"It's Twisted TV" delivers an unhinged take on improv and sketch comedy. With a heavy focus on television and film parody, the cast effortlessly skewers just about everything including M3GAN, The Facts Of Life, And Just Like That, Stranger Things, The Real Housewives, Dating Apps, Crypto, Divas Live, I Love Lucy, The Ring, Miss Cleo, The Bob Newhart Show, Trading Spaces, Gilligan's Island, Oprah Gummies, Sister Act, Prescription Medication Ads, Geico Commercials and so much more.

The series first ran from 2003 to 2008 on cable public access, and has rebooted in 2023 for a new season in celebration of its 20th Anniversary. Since inception, the troupe has built a cult fanbase via grassroots distribution to cities in North America including the boroughs of New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Key West Florida, Palm Springs California, parts of Ohio and Canada. It's Twisted TV became a pre-social-media-days viral-video force with millions of views on YouTube and other video distribution platforms in the early days of internet streaming.

The cast made a cameo appearence as Michael Jackson and Anna Nicole Smith on MTV's TRL in September of 2004. The cast also appeared on an episode of TLC's hit show "What not to Wear" in 2007. It's Twisted TV has championed representation and visibility for POC & LGBT comics since 2003, when they were not widely present on mainstream sketch comedy shows like SNL. ITTV cast members have appeared on Broad City, NBC's Last Comic Standing, VH1's Best Week Ever, Comedy Central's Premium Blend and more. Most notable cast members include Michelle Buteau, Katina Corrao, Jeneen Terrana, Keisha Zollar and Aris Ziagos.

Notable guest appearances on It's Twisted TV include Jai Rodriguez (Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, Rent), Peppermint (RuPaul's Drag Race), Adam Barta (WOW Entertainment), Brini Maxwell, Poe, and Stacy London and Clinton Kelly (What Not to Wear).
